Hi,


I had a problem with my previous VR account and had to delete it. Later, I created a new account and used the same boat name. So far, so good.

The problem comes when I use zezo in the VOR. It can only find the "old", inactive Lotsemann, and I would like to be able to use the router for the "new" Lotsemann.

I tried to change the boat name, but I am not allowed to.

Any ideas, please?

You can try contacting the game support/moderators about the name change.

Unfortunately I ask the game server about the boat name and not by the unique numeric id, so can't fix it on my side.

That's ok. On the bright side, your answer came quite quickly -- I am still waiting for the VR support to reply... In the meantime, I will be doing it partially by hand.

By the way, would it be feasible and useful to create a way to enter coordinates manually?

You can enter decimal degrees in the address - lat=x&lon=y

Maybe a page where you paste the profile info (in the form of)

Latitude 26° 02' 09.9" S
Longitude 45° 58' 37" W

and get back a link could be useful as a backup in similar cases.
