That's a new feature, only described in a forum post.

The red line is displayed during weather update and divides the old and new weather data.

Routing between the boat and the line comes from the new GFS run. Data after the line is 10 hours old and is likely to change soon.

Second time today winds changes 1 hour earlier than it should be...
Anyone knows a reason for that?
