Hi,
I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but is it known with certainty how and when do the winds in the VR engine change? There are 4 changes, corresponding to the 4 GFS model runs, but how do these winds get injected?

Yes, it has been answered , but the interpolation details in the game are not fully known yet..
