Fastnet race: Full pack, but no Waypoint Cards

I am sailing Fastnet Race with the Full Pack option. Is it just me or do the rest of You also miss the Waypoints Cards. I am able to select and do Programmation, but the Waypoint button next to it is dimmed....

Waypoints are disabled while you have active programming.
